Bananas, depending upon the size, contain calories between 75 calories to 135 calories only, and the high impact of its nutrients make bananas one of the best healthy snacks everyone should include in their daily diets.

Salads are very healthy and of course will assist you greatly in becoming healthy and fit. You can create different salads with hundreds of vegetables such as carrots, lettuces, tomatoes, cucumber; the list goes on and on. Thankfully!
