The young, beautiful, and box office powerhouse Jennifer Lawrence has become our newest Star of the Week. To some it seems as though this dazzling Hollywood star came out of nowhere to rise to massive fame with the smashing success of her lead role as action heroine Katniss Everdeen in the widely acclaimed The Hunger Games(2012). Though she was recognized as a true Hollywood talent in her role as Ree Dolly in Winter’s Bone(2010) at the ripe age of 20, in which she received the Academy Award nomination for Best Actress, becoming the third youngest actress to ever be nominated for the category. She also received the Golden Globe for this role, proving that even at a young age she has a strong screen presence and a mature intelligence that shines through her funny, bold and adult like personality.
