Located along Los Angeles’ South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, Pure is the vision of entrepreneurs Isabelle Azoulai and Michèle La Porta. Azoulai, a fan of La Porta’s popular tea salon “Thé Cool” in Paris, wanted to bring Angelenos a similar fast-casual restaurant concept that featured healthy yet delicious food and drink. Upon learning that La Porta had relocated to Beverly Hills, the concept found its home. Pure Beverly Hills cafe offers health-conscious, locally-sourced grab-and-go lunch options, all of which are freshly prepared in-house each day and are available for takeaway or dine-in.
