 About JV

Born and raised in Alabama, JV developed a passion for sports and physical activities at a very young age. He quickly became recognized as one of the top tier athletes in his community, which led him to earning a collegiate athletic scholarship. He took all of the knowledge and instruction that he learned growing up, and quickly applied it to helping others. As a fitness trainer, JV started off creating strength and conditioning programs for teens simultaneously volunteering to coach 8th grade football. After expanding his skillset and knowledge of the human body while working as assistant to an orthopedic surgeon, JV made his move to Los Angeles to focus and pursue his fitness career. Since moving, he has worked with celebrities and professional athletes such as Drew Roy (Falling Skies), Madilyn Sweeten (Everybody Loves Raymond), Anthony Alabi (Former NFL Dolphin Player) and many others.

After years of research and testing, JV has finally made his dream come true by creating the most safe and effective body sculpting workout program for real people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. JV first had the idea to create his own fitness program when he was 23 years old and working as a personal trainer.
