Award-winning architect Erik Peterson and Realtor®-turned-media-personality Madison Hildebrand are taking their respective and lucrative successes in the luxury architecture and real estate markets to the next level. They have just launched a newly formed partnership for purchasing homes of varying scales and sizes to redesign as high-end rentals. Hildebrand’s media clout and ability to find unique homes with great design potential combined with Peterson and PHX’s brand excellence will provide renters a one-of-a-kind opportunity at an affordable price point.
Madison Hildebrand and his brother John Hildebrand, founder of Malibu-based Sicky Eyeware, will partner with PHX in purchasing select homes throughout the Los Angeles and Malibu areas. Peterson is set to helm the design and remodeling phase, along with Anna Hoffman who will lead all landscape architecture components. Once the remodel is complete, in addition to leveraging Madison Hildebrand’s network, the Hildebrand brothers will promote and rent the homes via popular online lodging platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and others.
Prior to the partnership, Madison Hildebrand was a client of Scottsdale-based PHX Architecture, whom he hired to design his parents’ Silverleaf home. In turn, Hildebrand’s clientele network and extensive knowledge of the LA real estate market proved monumental in PHX’s move to open an office in Beverly Hills.
To build excitement around each new project, the Hildebrand brothers and Peterson plan to create a digital series exhibiting the homes, giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at their creative process. From start to finish, audiences will experience the partners’ unique level of professionalism, innovation, and creativity in bringing expertly designed homes to the masses.
While an official launch date is yet to be announced, viewers can get a sneak peek of their first spec house on Instagram @moderninglewood.
