The Water’s Edge rooms are quite spacious and feature private patios and balconies, which look out on the Mission Bay.
When it comes to the bathrooms, they are quite clean and basic. Each bathroom features beige granite and a shower-bathtub combo.
Facilities
The Dana consists of a private Marina with kayaks, paddle boats, and sailboats docked for rental. Moreover, it offers a direct path to the Mission Bay bike path with on-site bike rentals.
There are also two outdoor pools which are set among gardens with a ping pong table and shuffleboard. For different events, a ballroom and meeting space are present with onsite catering, with amazing views of the bay and frequent SeaWorld fireworks included.

The breakfast buffet at The Dana’s Firefly Eatery and Bar is a great deal for a resort fee discount and features hot items, pastries, and an omelet station. For lunch and dinner, the hotel serves California dishes and tapas. Although the dining room has many floor-to-ceiling windows, the outdoor heated patio is the best spot to eat on a nice day.
The hotel also has a Firefly Restaurant and Bar, which screens sports on flat-screen TVs. The bar serves different kinds of cocktails, which you can take outside to have a more relaxing experience.
