Beverly Hills Magazine: How are you? Let’s dive right in, Dia Schwarz. I want to learn all about you. For readers who haven’t met you, who is Dia Schwarz, and what do you do?

Dia Schwarz: My name is Dia Schwarz, and I’m the founder of Noot, an integrative medicine and supplement brand. I have a deep desire to transform the supplement and integrative medicine industry, to inspire and bring truth back to the consumer. It’s a conscious rebellion against an industry that mostly sells fillers, hormones, cheap pesticide-laden ingredients, and excuses for wellness. My background is as a certified neuroscientist, ADHD expert, and psychologist, specializing in integrative medicine. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom of a son.

Beverly Hills Magazine: That is certainly the most important role a woman can hold, being a mother. That’s beautiful, but what you’re doing in the health and wellness space is so warmly welcomed. Personally, I always look for vegan supplements with no fillers or additives, just natural. I love and thank you for what you’re doing.

Dia Schwarz: You’re very welcome. We try to prove what’s possible when innovation meets deep intention. It’s hard to find supplements without fillers, very true.

Beverly Hills Magazine: There are few and far between. What was your deep motivation to create Noot and start your own brand, which is quite a feat in such a huge industry with its challenges?

Dia Schwarz: It has had many challenges. You could simply buy products, white-label, and resell them, but I had a deep desire to revolutionize this industry. It’s not okay that people pay a lot for harmful products. We know the dark numbers—people die from overdoses, suffer insulin problems, and other issues. I want to bring clarity about fillers, what they do to your body, and encourage responsibility. Our brand, Noot, is for the mindful and bold.

People think a pill is a solution—it’s not. You must look at nutrition, movement, hydration, and emotions, not just patch symptoms like headaches. I want people to understand where issues come from. Also, I love longevity, biohacking, and glowing skin. I’m in menopause, which is crazy, but I’m young. We created products like Love Games for libido and Alpha Male for men’s testosterone issues, addressing taboo topics like menopause and relationship struggles.

Beverly Hills Magazine: I’m a Christian and believe we’re body, soul, spirit—tripartite made in God’s image. It’s not just supplements; it’s mental, emotional, spiritual health. What we put into our body impacts our emotions, hormones, energy levels. Food is our fuel. I’ve gone back to pure, natural, Garden of Eden-style eating for perfect health. Your thoughts?

Dia Schwarz: I cannot agree more.  Mother Earth’s soil often lacks nutrients, so we need supplements. That’s why we’re here today. But people save money for good supplements, then harm their health with bad ones. That’s not fair. You mentioned blood work—it’s crucial to understand your hormonal levels, not just vitamin D. People take statins for cholesterol, risking dementia later. Depression, brain fog, burnout—especially in Gen Z—are tied to disconnection. It’s a holistic approach, not just a perfect pill. If you’re not willing to take responsibility, no one can help you.

Beverly Hills Magazine: I love how you say take responsibility. We’ve been given the gift of life, and for the highest quality, we must care for our body. Natural, holistic approaches prevent diseases like dementia. What problems are you solving for everyday people new to a holistic lifestyle with Noot?

Dia Schwarz: I looked at demands, like my teenage son’s stress and sensitivity. He and his peers face brain fog and anxiety from studying. I focused on nootropics and adaptogens, like our Genius Mushroom, for students and power women with demanding days. We nurture from within. We also address chronic inflammation with curcumin and ginkgo to prevent dementia. Bio-vitamins support gut health and strength. We have pre-workout pills for fitness or weight loss goals, and products for libido, erection issues, or menstrual imbalances, like aguaje. We tackle long COVID, post-cancer recovery, and biohacking, offering natural solutions for everyone’s health journey.

Beverly Hills Magazine: It sounds like your portfolio has something for everyone, with natural healing methods to address body and mind issues. In this advent of health and wellness, protein supplements are big. I’m against them—I tried a natural one and couldn’t digest it. What’s your take on pill or supplement fatigue, and recommendations for those overwhelmed?

Dia Schwarz: First, get your blood work done. It’s unbelievable people take supplements without checking. It’s like putting fuel in your car without knowing what it needs. Stop taking supplements just because they look cool—you may irritate your body. If you have cramps, magnesium deficiency is clear, but adapt your nutrition first. Protein powders can be good, but in Germany, strict regulations ensure quality. Check for sweeteners—they cause leaky gut. Choose bioavailable supplements with no fillers. Support your body wisely, not crazily, as toxins are everywhere.

Beverly Hills Magazine: Hence the word supplement—not the primary source, but to enhance a healthy diet. I only drink water, green tea, or peppermint tea for their benefits, aligning with Garden of Eden eating. What are the top three red flags when evaluating supplements?

Dia Schwarz: Look for fillers like maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate—they’re in almost everything. Check for sweeteners, even if it says no sugar. Avoid over-promising labels—there’s no magic pill. With collagen, know it’s slaughterhouse waste, microdosing trauma, antibiotics, and hormones. Trust your gut when something seems too good.

Beverly Hills Magazine: Dia Schwarz, your holistic vision empowers health and inspires us to be more responsible about what we are putting in our bodies. Thank you for sharing your mission.

Dia Schwarz: Thank you,  I’m grateful to inspire mindful, bold health choices.
