When it comes to celebrities, they always say how much they’re like everybody else… how they “put on their pants” the same way everyone else does. Well, to a certain extent, they’re right but let’s be real… the pants they put on probably cost way more than yours and they probably had someone holding the pants for them to step into!

The lifestyle luxuries that celebrities have are generally unattainable for the working class citizen but who’s to say that we can’t indulge in parts of some of those luxuries? What if we took a piece of Beyonce’s work ethic, a pinch of Khloe Kardashian’s fitness efforts, and a scoop of Trisha Yearwood’s skills in the kitchen… we’d be the ultimate human being!

Making Celebrity-Like Efforts

We may not have access to the makeup artists and hair stylist to the celebrities but there are things we can do in our daily routines to make our lives easier and even more luxurious, you just have to put forth the effort to do so. To understand the meaning of a celebrities version of “work hard, play even harder,” follow these tips to enjoy the perks of living the celebrity lifestyle.

Exercise: Get That Heart Pumping

Being that most working adults have busy schedules with work and a family, it can seem like there are not enough hours in the day to get EVERYTHING done that you need to get done. Going to work takes up at least 8 hours of our day, sleep takes up 6-8 hours of our time, and our family and other miscellaneous duties take up the rest of that time. So how in the world are you supposed to fit in enough time to exercise?

Well, if you really want to better yourself physically up to celebrity status, you just might have to do what the celebrities do and wake up really early in the morning to get that exercise in. That sounds a little grueling but science has shown that when you exercise, you sleep better and will eventually require less sleep and still have good quality sleep.

Try taking baby steps first and wake up an hour before you normally would and get a little cardio in before work with a brisk walk in your neighborhood or a quick trip to the gym and sweat it out. If you have the money for it, you could also invest in your health by seeing a personal trainer 1-2 time a week!

Take Care of Home: Household Services

Considering household services is definitely a perk of celebrity status but it’s also very attainable for us “regular folks.” Obtaining help to keep your household in order can benefit your busy schedule whether you’re a celebrity or just simply need help in making your home be a smooth running machine.

You can receive help taking care of your children, tutoring, home health aide, cooking, and cleaning. These services may sound “glamorous” but at the end of the day, they’re just simply helpful, for any parent… celebrity or not.

Entertain Like A Star

Do you ever feel like you need a little glamor in your life? A touch of the red carpet? You can move to something other than Hollywood to get that celebrity lifestyle. You can bring glitz and glamor to your home by entertaining like a star! All it takes is a few simple tips and tricks.

Focus on the kind of drinks you serve to your guests. A celebrity lifestyle is about appearing effortless and in control, even when you’re not. So ditch the beers and go for something a little more refined. Gold Rush cocktails are a perfect choice – they look amazing, and they’re straightforward to make.

Look Good and Feel Good

They say, “when you look good, you feel good,” but can you truly have both? Psychology Today asks which is better… looking good or feeling good? If you really want it, you can have both. First and foremost, you want to definitely feel good because your health is your wealth and if you don’t have that, what do you really have?

Exercising and making sure your body is in good health is the first step. Once you have that, there are things you can do to make yourself look even better. Take a look at some of the things you can do to look good and feel good!

  • Exercise
  • Get into a good skincare routine
  • Treat yourself to new clothes every now and then
  • Keep up with oral care
  • Stay connected with your friends
  • Spend more time with your significant other

Those are a few things you can do on your own to look and feel good. If that’s not good enough, take some advice from the celebrities themselves and some of their lifestyle choices. Racked.com gives you a glimpse into the lives of some of our favorite leading ladies.
