A Sparkling Tradition Returns to the Coast
This winter, Santa Monica transforms into a glistening coastal wonderland as Ice at Santa Monica presented by Disney+ and Hulu officially returns for its 17th season. Beginning Friday, November 7, 2025, this beloved holiday attraction brings the joy of ice skating by the beach to locals and visitors alike.
The festivities begin with the Grand Opening Celebration from 6–10 p.m. at 1324 Fifth Street, featuring free skating (first come, first served), mesmerizing on-ice performances, live DJ sets, festive giveaways, and a magical “snowfall” moment to welcome the holidays.
Skating into the Season of Joy
Open daily through January 19, 2026, the rink offers endless opportunities for celebration. Admission is just $22 per hour, including skate rental, and the rink will welcome guests from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Guests can bring the season home by streaming classics like Home Alone, The Santa Clause, and Die Hard, or enjoy upcoming releases including A Very Jonas Christmas Movie (Nov. 14) and Percy Jackson and the Olympians: Season Two (Dec. 10).
