It’s no surprise that Ashton Kutcher would find his way to being our Star of the Week. America fell in love with him and his runway model good looks from his role as Michael Kelso on That 70’s Show. Not to forget the fact that he started his career as a professional model, posing for Calvin Klein and Colcci ad campaigns. He has risen to great heights as a Hollywood star with a string of well received feature films such as Dude, Where’s My Car?, Just Married, The Butterfly Effect, The Guardian, What Happens in Vegas, No Strings Attached, Spread, as well as his current role on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Ashton Kutcher has proven his versatility as a talent in Hollywood and more importantly his likeability.

He has an uncanny way of playing hilarious sometimes even obnoxious characters and yet makes you still adore his cute smile and charming personality. It’s no wonder he produced Punk’d to channel some of his great sense of humor while pranking some of Hollywood’s hottest stars just for giggles. But he’s more than a good kid who can play the funny guy roles.

Ashton Kutcher is clearly a smart young man who knows his way around the Hollywood big leagues. His most important recent role just might earn him an Oscar for his portrayal of the late and legendary Steve Jobs, founder of Apple. It tells the story of Steve Jobs’ ascension from college dropout into one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of the 20th century. Ashton embodies an unusually familiar resemblance to Jobs and will without a doubt pull off this role with flying colors.

As our Hollywood Star of the Week, Ashton Kutcher certainly deserves the honors for being a hard working actor, a creative producer, and a risk taker who like Jobs, went for his dreams and made them come true. After all, that’s what being a star is all about. Kudos to Kutcher.
