Not only does this vastly reduce the calorie content; it will also up your vitamin intake for the day. Pre-heat your oven to 150 degrees and chop up some cherry tomatoes and garlic. Sprinkle some salt and oregano and heat for 30 minutes in the oven. In the meantime, add lean turkey mince with onions and mushrooms to your frying pan and spray the base with low-calorie oil. Cook for around 15 minutes and then place your tomatoes in the pan. Combine and cook for another few minutes. At the same time, in a different pan, add your courgetti noodles and a spray of oil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve with a pinch of parmesan.

This fresh tomato risotto dish is a simple and inexpensive way to eat healthily at home. You will need chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock and cherry tomatoes. Other ingredients include risotto rice, garlic, onions and basil. Place half of the stock and your chopped tomatoes in a blender and then move to a pan with the rest of the stock. In a separate pan, add a small knob of butter, your onion and garlic and cook for around 6 minutes. Pour in your rice and then gradually add the tomato and stock mixture and the cherry tomatoes. If you’re hungry after a long day at the office or a tough gym session, this hearty casserole is just the ticket. In a large pan, melt a small lump of butter and brown your chicken pieces. Grill your bacon at the same time and then place both on a plate to the side. Add a splash of olive oil to your pan and cook your onions, garlic and mushrooms. Combine your meat with the vegetables and add the chicken stock and a glug of white wine. Transfer to your pre-heated oven and allow to cook on a medium heat for around 35 minutes.
